Mitch Lasky has spent more than two decades in the mobile gaming, new media and interactive entertainment business. Prior to joining Benchmark Capital, Mitch served as executive vice president of Mobile and Online at Electronic Arts. Previously, he was chairman and chief executive officer of JAMDAT Mobile, Inc, the leading global publisher of wireless entertainment applications, which was acquired by EA in 2005. Mitch is also on the board of EngineYard, Grockit, Hiplogic, and Riot Games.
Canaan Partners
Warren brings significant operational experience and proven investment talent to Canaan Partners, with expertise in communications, digital media, and software. He joined the firm's Connecticut office in 2005 to focus on digital media investments, specifically in the New York corridor. Convinced online advertising as we know it is only in its nascent stages, Warren is always on the lookout for the next great leap in digital media. In addition to Vivox, he currently sits on the boards of Associated Content, Motionbox, Peer39, and Tremor Media.
Warren holds a BS in computer science and BA in economics with honors from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
IDG Ventures SF
Phil joined IDG Ventures SF as a Managing Director in September 2006. He was previously a General Partner at WaldenVC for 10 years. Phil focused on early stage investments in new media and IT at WaldenVC. He currently sits on the Boards of Vivox, Telltale Games, Simply Hired and i2we and was responsible for investments in VitalStream (VSTH), Bamboo.com (IPIX), NIKU (NIKU), Sina.com (SINA), Adknowledge, and People3 (IT).
Phil received his Master of Business Administration with Honors from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from Hamilton College.
GrandBanks Capital
Tim has over 20 years of operating experience in various technology industries. The combined value of the exits Tim has been involved with is over $17 billion. He has also overseen 39 mergers and acquisitions during his operating career and brings a wealth of operational and technology experience to the team. Tim currently represents GrandBanks Capital on the boards of; Celtra, Achievers, Nexage, Vivox, Inc and exit41 where he serves as Chairman and also sponsored and managed the investment in xkoto (sold to Teradata in May 2010).
Tim received his Bachelors of Science degree, summa cum laude, from City University in London.
Comcast Ventures
Louis oversees the investing activities at Comcast Ventures and works with the management of portfolio companies on strategic, business development and operations issues. In addition, Louis collaborates with the various business units of Comcast on issues relating to new services, technologies and start-ups. Previously, he worked in investment banking and at a venture capital firm focused on technology and communications services. Louis is involved as a Director, Board Observer or adviser for BroadLogic Network Technologies, ConteXtream, iControl Networks, Jingle Networks, Ortiva Wireless, RGB Networks, the KPCB sFund, Verivue Networks, and Vitrue.
Louis received his MBA with honors from The Wharton School and a MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania. He also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a BS in Materials Science & Engineering.
Vivox
Jim brings over 20 years' technical and management experience in development and operations to Vivox. Before joining Vivox, Jim was COO at Free World Dialup, where he drove the direction of the company's leading standards-based Internet Telephony Services community. Prior to Free World Dialup, Toga co-founded mobile and premise-based wireless Internet access provider, MobWifi, Inc. and was director of engineering and VP of operations at eDial, Inc. He has also held management positions at Intel Corp., Banyan Systems, Inc. and Xylogics, Inc and is the owner of five patents in the Internet and IP Telephony spaces.
Jim earned an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a BS in Chemistry from Tufts University.

Paul brings more than 28 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience as well as a deep expertise in technology, digital and mobile marketing industries.
Executive Advisor
Craig is a seasoned media, internet and telecommunications executive, whose experiences include senior operating roles at Time Warner, Yahoo!, EarthLink and Dow Jones. He was previously Executive Chairman of WHERE inc. and is currently Executive Chairman at Appia inc. and also is a director of three other venture-backed private companies in the mobile, telecom and online video sectors.
Craig has a master's degree in law from Yale and an undergraduate degree from Princeton.
