Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Rob Seaver brings extensive experience in communications and online services to Vivox. Before joining industry pioneer, Jeff Pulver, in launching Vivox, Seaver was head of strategy, CFO, and a member of the management board of Einsteinet AG. While at Einsteinet AG, Seaver helped build the company from start-up to Euro 65 million in revenue and 440 employees. As managing director of Madrid-based Jazzya Investments, he planned and executed the launch of new communication and media ventures. Prior to that, he held positions in investment banking at Goldman Sachs International and as an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell in London. Seaver holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley and an AB degree from Harvard College.
Founder and Vice President of Engineering
James Toga brings over 20 years' technical and management experience in development and operations to Vivox. Before joining Vivox, Toga was COO at Free World Dialup, where he drove the direction of the company's leading standards-based Internet Telephony Services community. Prior to Free World Dialup, Toga co-founded mobile and premise-based wireless Internet access provider, MobWifi, Inc. Prior to that, Toga was director of engineering and VP of operations at eDial, Inc. Toga also held management positions at Intel Corp., Banyan Systems, Inc. and Xylogics, Inc. He is the owner of five patents in the Internet and IP Telephony spaces. Toga earned an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a BS in Chemistry from Tufts University.
Chief Marketing Officer
A technology industry veteran, Rob Frasca has built extensive shareholder value in the context of a publicly-traded company and seven times in venture backed start-ups. Frasca was a co-founder and CEO of GALT Technologies, one of the first companies focused solely on e-commerce. Galt was ultimately sold to Intuit in 1995. Rob's second company WiseWire, an early stage technology company with proprietary intelligent agent software for web based community-building and search optimization, was sold to Lycos in 1998. Post-acquisition Frasca, became Vice President and General Manager of Lycos.com. Some of Rob's other companies are, Internet Venture works (CEO), Affinnova (CEO), Viximo (CEO), Kaneva (COO), Khepera Group (CEO), and Drync (MD). Frasca earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business.
Vice President of Consumer Strategy
Dave Verratti brings more than ten years' experience in business development and all phases of the application development lifecycle to Vivox. Before joining Vivox, Verratti worked at Novell, Inc. where he worked to identify and create new business opportunities with strategic partners and assisted them in the development of their Linux and Open Source strategies. He gained his product development experience at SilverStream Software, where he worked closely with customers to design and build applications based on then-emerging J2EE stands. Verratti graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas and holds bachelor degrees in mechanical engineering and economics.
Vice President of Client Services and Monetization
As VP of Client Services and Monetization, Anne is responsible for driving client success and monetization for all of Vivox's integrated voice clients. She has worked in the online media and advertising space for more than 12 years and has a proven track record of successfully growing client relationships. Prior to Vivox, Anne worked at Monster.com spearheading the client service and monetization efforts of their new consumer division. Before that she spent 7 years at Lycos leading their advertising product development and media operations. There she oversaw the creation, execution and management of online advertising products and drove revenues of over $75 million annually. Anne has a B.S. from the College of Catherine in St. Paul Minnesota.
Vice President of Product Management
Allen Lieberman brings more than ten years experience in product management at fast growing on-line organizations to Vivox. Previously, Allen worked at High Start Group as a product management and marketing consultant. Before that Allen held the roles of Director of Product Management and Director of Account Management at Gomez, Inc. where he was integral in defining and leading product build out prior to their acquisition by Compuware, Inc. At Vivox, Allen leads initiatives to bring the voice-of-the customer into strategic and tactical product plans. Allen holds an MBA from Babson College, Franklin W. Olin School of Management and a BA in Management from Bryant University.
