Welcome to the Vivox Open Initiative
The Vivox Open Initiative will expand the reach of communications in and out of online games and virtual worlds and accelerate the development of new and innovative features.
The program will be rolled out in phases. In the first phase, Vivox will provide the object code for SLVoice, the Second Life voice chat client. Over time, more code will be made available to the broader Vivox Network community. We will keep the community updated and informed as later stages are rolled out and additional source code is made available in the coming months.
